You can find the map in Colcestre, in Essexe. There’s a large church here that has both the treasure map and a Book of Knowledge. Access is behind a locked door. Simply search the exterior walls of the church. There’s one of the large shelving units that you can move around. Move it to reveal access to the church to retrieve the key. Then simply climb to the top of the tower interior and grab the treasure hoard map.
