Tracking down the Mercenary Convoy is part of the story missions for MW3 Zombies. It’s very important that, once you have found the convoy, you make sure the mission is completed before leaving the area. There is a giant ring road around the map that travels through both the Level 1 and Level 2 areas. The Convoy can often be found patrolling on this road.
