Landnama Coming to Nintendo Switch and Xbox August 1

A non-violent, rogue-like survival base builder, the world of Sonderland and Pineapple Works’ Landnama will come out for the Nintendo Switch and Xbox consoles August 1.

Combining elements of dungeon crawlers with city builders, this survival strategy game prides itself on carefully made, deliberate decisions from the player.

Landnama will task players with exploring the land, discovering hidden challenges and powerful landmarks. Players will be able to build their settlement as they attempt to brace for the punishing Winter’s Toll. 

Of course, players can also freeze time and enjoy Landmnama’s atmospheric music and art if they so choose. In doing so, they’ll be able to explore each detail of their settlement, along with its animated denizens.

All those interested can get the title via the Nintendo eShop and the official Xbox website when it comes out next month.
