Speak to the child at Tony’s Lemonade Stand at this location to start the Substory. Offer to help and deliver the drinks. All the people are nearby, you don’t need to cross the road. Look for the people that talk about being thirsty or hot. Do something else, go to eat or start another Substory, and the Substory icon on the map for Tony should turn blue. This means you can return for the next stage of the Substory. As before, run around and head to each of the blue dots on the map and see if they are thirsty. On the final parts of the Substory, before you head to Fuji Street, make sure to save the game. There are some high level enemies here that may take you out.

Finally, the owners name is Obispo. You get an Employee Meal and a book to increase the Chef Job by 1, and $300.
Speak to the man on his knees and help him find his hotel. You get a White Plumeria. Go and eat or do a fight and then return to speak with Sawai again. She’s at the far end of the beach, near an old lady standing near inflatable rings.
Then you need to find Billy, he’s near the other end of the beach, a boy playing near a small pile of sand, orange hat, white swimshorts. You get a book to increase Kindness.

If you fail you can make it easier but you get less rewards. If you finish on the regular car setting, you get Kaiser’s Change Holder and a Reflex Booster.
I did this Substory at night. This Substory is only available if you have already completed Substory 15: Samurai May We Walk Together and Substory 27: The Pursuit Of Realism. Then head into the Worldwide Market Village. You then need to wait until night. It was dark for me, but still wasn’t considered night time. I followed the story into Chapter 7 and then noticed her icon at the Worldwide Market Village. When you get prompted, use the Rocket Launcher. This is another tough fight, Sojimaru is weak to fire. There is a battery pack nearby that I destroyed first. You get nearly 30,000 XP and $6k cash for this Substory and a Hibiscus Hair Band and Ancient Coin.
