There are likely multiple spawns for the safe combination as this mission appears quite frequently. Although the location changes, the item is likely very much the same. It’s a small, yellow, post-it note that is stuck to a surface. You need to get close enough to be able to interact with it. Then, once you pick it up, you will have the combination to the safe so you can get into the safe, take the items you need, and complete the mission.

Where To Find The Safe Combination In Tequi La La For GTA Online

This is where we found the combination to the safe in Tequi-La-La in The Contracts DLC. Behind the bar on the ground floor, right in the corner, near the Staff Only door that doesn’t open. Get close enough and the objective will change to say collect the safe combination. Collect the safe combination and the interact with the safe. Then collect the item inside. Once this is done, you need to return the necklace to the Agency.
