First thing you need to do is progress through to Chapter 4. When you hit Chapter 4, you need to complete a Substory. The Substory, The Price of An F-Cup. You can find the start of the Substory at the location marked below:
Rescue the girl and follow her to the bar. Drink the first time but then refuse to drink anything further. Eventually you’ll have to fight. Take down the gang and then refuse to let them get away with it. They will tell you about a secret casino.
Once you have the password head to the Kyushu No. 1 Star Restaurant on the East side of town, in Pink Alley. Speak with the man behind the counter inside, give him the password, and he’ll tell you that the casino is through a secret entrance in the back.
Hello .In the substory i didnt know that guide so i drink 2 times and failed to go to the casino… Is there an another way?
There is another Substory in a later chapter that guarantees you unlock the casino. Not sure of it’s name but get them done as you go and you’ll get there 🙂
