How To Recruit Crew In Starfield

New crew can be found in bars scattered around the universes of Starfield. There are a couple of reliable spots you can find allies early on though.

In New Atlantis there are a couple of bars you can go to get some allies. Near the port where you first land there is an fancy looking bar. Inside there is a mission terminal and a couple of people you can recruit. They all look the same at first outfit wise, so once you spot one crew person you can find another. Normally you can find two here.

If you follow the path down to The Well in New Atlantis you can find another bar. This one is much smaller but you can still find one or two people to recruit in there.

There is another bar in Cydonia, inside the colony itself. Head in there and normally you can find two more crew people to recruit.
