How To Get Aerith On Gold Saucer Date In Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth

Aerith or Tifa, it’s usually the big decision for most players. In this guide we explain How To Get Aerith On Gold Saucer Date In Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, telling you everything you need to know to make sure you get to pick Aerith to go on your Skywheel date at the Gold Saucer.

While every character possesses distinct traits in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth, the method of choosing them as your date at the Gold Saucer remains consistent. The game factors in multiple essential components that collectively determine a character’s friendship or Synergy rating. Players can gauge this rating through a happy face icon above the character in the game world, which can be revealed by pressing L1.

How To Take Aerith On Gold Saucer Date In Final Fantasy VII Rebirth

The different elements of the game that reward you with an increase in friendship points, or synergy, are Conversations, Odd Jobs, Synergy Skills, and Story choices. Each section below is explained to help you choose Aerith as your date.

Conversations
At significant junctures in the game, particularly when the party is present but not tethered to Cloud, like during exploration in Costa Del Sol, characters will display a dialog icon above their heads. Interacting with them initiates conversations, providing a bonus for increased friendship regardless of dialogue choices. The essence lies in engaging in conversation rather than the specific content of the interaction.

Odd Jobs
Odd jobs in the game serve as side quests, numbering 36 in total. Each of these quests is dedicated to a specific character within the game. Progressing through and completing a side quest aligned with a particular character will result in an increase in the player’s relationship with that character. Aerith’s Odd Job bonuses are as follows:

  • Flowers From The Hill (Grasslands Region)
  • Stuck In A Rut (Junon Region)
  • Beneath Still Waters (Junon Region)
  • Rendezvous In Costa Del Sol (Corel Region)
  • The Spice Of Life (Gongaga Region)
  • Woodland Vigil (Gongaga Region)
  • Absence Of A Sign (Cosmo Canyon Region)

Synergy Skills & Abilities
Synergy Skills are used in battle after they have been unlocked on the Folio menu. They offer HUGE bonuses to friendship with characters. So, if there is a specific character you want to take on the date, make sure to unlock each of their Synergy abilities and then use them once in combat.

Story Beats
The following are the Story Beats choices for Aerith. These are choices that occur during cut-scenes and main events of the story itself, you cannot miss these choices, it only matters the choice you make.

  • Inauguration Parade – Win both awards at the Junon Parade
  • Same Taste In Beachwear – Choose the Floral Delight Outfit for Aerith in Costa Del Sol if Cloud is wearing the shirt, otherwise choose the other option
  • Costa Del Sol Beach Fight Partner – During the story fight on the beach, choose to aid Aerith
  • Loveless – Complete the Loveless story event as Gold Saucer
  • Skywheel Date – Choose Aerith as your Skywheel Date

Guaranteeing you date the character of your choice entails employing two primary strategies. Firstly, prioritize elevating their friendship level. This can be accomplished in two ways: progressing through the game until Chapter 12 and concentrating on one character through Synergy abilities and side quests, or disregarding all side quests and Synergy abilities with characters except the desired date. Armed with this knowledge, you should be able to confidently choose your Gold Saucer date.
