There is a Cactuar quest for Chadley, chasing down the Protorelic in the Coral Region. This guide on How To Continue Phenomenon Intel In Corel Region In Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth explains how you unlock the rest of the quest line as Kid G tells you, he will contact you later.

The first stages of this quest has you chasing down Cactuar rocks and sculptures in the Coral Region desert. After completing a couple of the challenges, Kid G will inform you that the next trials are not yet available. He will offer to exchange contact details and reach out to you sometime later down the line.

How To Continue Protorelic Quest In Corel Region

You need to wait quite sometime later. You need to reach Chapter 12: A Golden Key. I don’t want to spoil anything specific so I’ll be intentionally vague here, but it will be enough for you to know when it’s coming. After the final battle in the Arena, it’s part of the story and cannot be missed, there’s a sequence where you chase Cait Sith around the Gold Saucer. At the end of this sequence there is a cut-scene.

Following the cut-scene, you will receive a call from Chadley, informing you that Kid G is ready to talk. Kid G will then tell you that the next stage of the Protorelic quest in available in the Corel Region.
