The Virtual Architect: Concept Design for an Existing Space

We get it, the construction industry has gone through the roof, and hiring a Designer can be expensive too - you just aren’t at that stage right now - so why not try out our Virtual Architect service

What we do

The aim of the ‘Concept Design for an Existing Space’ is to help explore the best use of a space or property. Put simply, it’s a great way to get some ideas for better use of an existing space.

We work to develop concept design drawings and/or visuals to help communicate and design out the best use of your space, and the alterations we recommend.

How it works

  1. Purchase a session with the Virtual Architect

  2. Send us some photos of your space (sonia@layoutlines.com)

  3. Fill out our quick questionnaire and wait for the magic to happen - the design ideas

  4. We send them to you so you have a copy

  5. We present them to you on Zoom and answer any questions

What you get

Depending on the project, there may be more than one option to consider so we take this into account and create options for you. We then have a meeting with you on Zoom to discuss the design(s) and help make any adjustments.

  • Drawings and/or visuals to best communicate the ideas

  • Mood board with colour scheme and ideal products

  • Text summary of design
