There are a number of other spirits that can open the terminal. One is susie who’s found in the power plant. There’s also protoman.exe who is found in the teleporting maze on the right side of the map. Megaman.exe is another choice but he’s unlockable much later in the adventure mode and a legendary difficulty.

There is another option, you don’t have to fight Brass or Loris. Got to the reactor room and grab the holotape then head back upstairs and give it to the security chief, go through the dialogue and meet him downstairs and Brass and Loris will makeup and be friends. The 76 overseer will mention that you made the right choice

Lol. You gotta try a little harder to shift the blame than Jeff Strain has. It seems very transparent that he’s just looking for a scapegoat. I can see that if he wants to get investors on his future products, it is wise to blame others for past failures, but I feel like a lot of investors will be able to see through this one, and he’ll just end up looking like a dishonest jerk.
