Call of Duty Misty Cosplay – Gamers Heroes

Call of Duty is coming back this fall with Call of Duty: Black Ops III. While gamers patiently wait for the next entry in this uber-popular FPS, Gamers Heroes takes a look at a Misty cosplay from Call of Duty: Black Ops II.

YouTuber SSSniperWolf tries her hand at this Misty cosplay from Black Ops II. With her trusty shotgun in hand, she is ready to handle the zombie onslaught. Below is a video showing off her costume:

Cosplay Wednesday – Dark Souls’ Ornstein

Dark Souls Ornstein Cosplay – Gamers Heroes

Dark Souls recently made its glorious next-gen debut with the release Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin. While many fight (and curse) their way through Drangleic. This week Gamers Heroes pays a trip to Lordran to check out a cosplay of Dark Souls’ premier Dragon Slayer Ornstein.

Milkchess (aka Emily) shows off her Ornstein cosplay in these photos taken at SDCC by Estrada Photography. With a costume custom-made from Worbia and Wonderflex that took a lot of trial-and-error (and trips to the hardware store), this cosplay is to die for.

Cosplay Wednesday – Bloodborne’s Hunter

Bloodborne, From Software’s spiritual successor to the Souls series, just hit the PS4, and countless action RPG fans are sinking their teeth into this brutally dark adventure. This week, Gamers Heroes takes a look at a Bloodborne hunter cosplay.

Chester Tham (aka Mekiwates) cosplayed as Bloodborne’s hunter months before the game even came out. With Blunderbuss and Sawcleaver in hand, he showed off his cosplay at GameStart Asia. He also tried is hand at the Kirkhammer, which turned out quite well.

Cosplay Wednesday – Diablo III’s Wizard

Diablo III Wizard Cosplay – Gamers Heroes

Blizazrd’s upcoming MOBA Heroes of the Storm is making waves, with some claiming it’s a game-changer. Packing heroes from StarCraft, World of Warcraft, and Diablo, it is looking to be a dream match for the ages. In honor of the recent beta release for this game, Gamers Heroes takes a look at a dead-on Diablo III cosplay.

Kamui Cosplay (aka Svetlana Quindt) has been a fan of Diablo since its inception many years ago. After seeing the concept art for Diablo III’s Wizard, she had to make a costume she claims is “comfortable, colorful and feminine.” The costume itself was made in the course of a week, consisting mostly of Worbla, EVA foam, and dupioni silk.

Cosplay Wednesday – Saints Row’s Kinzie Kensington

The Third Street Saints are at it again with the recent release of Saints Row IV: Re-elected and Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell. This merry band of ne-er do wells has a certain edge to them, one that disregards the rules of both sanity and fashion. This week, Gamers Heroes takes a look at a cosplay of the Saints’ Kinzie Kensington.

Cosplay fanatic youronlydoll might be a little unsure as to what she should cosplay as next, but one thing is for certain: her Kinzie Kensigton cosplay is spot-on. She may see Kenzington as “a grumpy weird shut-in computer nerd,” but she also said that it is a dead ringer for her own persona. In these shots taken by Soul Fire Photography, you can really see that computer nerd in action.

Mortal Kombat might get more attention for its fatalities than its femme fatales, but this ultraviolent fighter still has some crazy female warriors. In honor of the upcoming Mortal Kombat X, Gamers Heroes takes a look at a spot-on Skarlet cosplay.

Katta Ramos (aka Umi Kani) shows us how deadly Skarlet can be with these shots taken by César Rivadeneyra. With the help of her friend Francisca Valenzuela Bribbo, her costume got the attention of the television show Friki Mania TV.

Resident Evil fans are girding their loins for the upcoming remaster of the original Resident Evil game that started it all. Gamers Heroes featured the Resident Evil 5 variant of Jill Valentine a while back, but a REmake calls for a return to roots. This week takes a look at the Jill Valentine that is worthy of the title “Jill Sandwich.”

LifeisaFiction (aka Agustina) shows off her STARS gear in these cosplay shots of Resident Evil’s Jill Valentine. Taken by Adolfo Morales and RedfieldClaire, this rendition would be right at home at the Spencer Mansion.

Cosplay Wednesday – Destiny’s Hunter

Destiny Hunter Cosplay – Gamers Heroes

Bungie’s Destiny is home to a diverse collection of both flora and fauna. It was only a matter of time before somebody took to creating a cosplay from this unique MMO. However, one Bungie employee got the jump on everyone with this spot-on Hunter cosplay…months before the game was even released.

Sloan Hood is a fan of two things: cosplay and Destiny. He chose to cosplay as Destiny’s Hunter for Halloween 2013 due to the character’s outfit being a mixture of armor and fabric. In addition, Sloan Hood chose the Hunter for this simple reason:

“I also chose the Hunter because that’s the class I like to play. Quick, sneaky, lethal.”

In addition, Sloan Hood also created the Thorn from the ground up. Starting with a 3D model of the gun, he started cutting and capping hi-poly models with up to a million triangles so a printer could begin the process. Needless to say, this is one authentic cosplay.

Cosplay Wednesday – Devil May Cry 3’s Lady

Lady Devil May Cry Cosplay – Gamers Heroes

Devil May Cry’s Dante is gearing up for his next gen launch with the upcoming re-release of DMC: Devil May Cry and Devil May Cry 4. In honor of the Son of Sparda’s legendary return, Gamers Heroes takes a look at a real-life rendition of Devil May Cry 3’s Lady.

Natasha Firsakova (aka Narga) is starting to become a regular on Gamers Heroes. Going in a different direction from her Jaina Proudmoore cosplay, her rendition of Devil May Cry 3’s Lady is spot-on. Even through she made the costume herself, the rocket launcher Kalina Ann was made by Aoki-Lifestream and painted by her. She has since shown off this costume at the Russian Exhibition of Computer and Videogames.

Cosplay Wednesday – Fallout: New Vegas’ Merc Charmer Outfit

Fallout New Vegas Cosplay – Gamers Heroes

Geoff Keighley’s award ceremony “The Game Awards” has come and gone, giving gamers new tidbits of information about Zelda, Mario, No Man’s Sky, and more. However, the highly anticipated Fallout 4 failed to make its rumored appearance at the ceremony. As a consolation prize, Gamers Heroes takes a look at a spot-on cosplay from the world of Fallout: New Vegas.

KANA has been in the cosplay game for some time now. In fact, we featured her Tharja (Fire Emblem) cosplay not too long ago. With this particular outfit, she’s got the Pip-Boy 3000, a Rebar Club, and more. Even though these particular photos are old in her eyes, she recently wanted to give them some more love by re-uploading them to her DeviantArt page.
