What is Coaching

1:1 coaching involves a personalized and focused relationship between a coach and an individual.

Working closely with you we identify goals, overcome challenges, and develop strategies for personal or professional growth. Coaching sessions are tailored to the individual's specific needs, providing a supportive and confidential space for discussion, reflection, and guidance.

I offer feedback, accountability, and tools to help you navigate your journey and achieve your desired outcomes.

Designed to move you to greater progress, confidence, momentum, and joy in your life - together we will move your roadblocks and get you on the path to clarity, growth, direction, action, and momentum. All are welcome.

How it works

We start with a 30 minute kick-off call to welcome you and discuss the direction of your coaching. There will then be a biweekly 60 minute coaching call (2 in the 1 month container, 6 in the 3 month container).

You will also have access to Slack messaging for continued support (Mon-Fri 9-5GMT). You have the offer of an Instagram and website audit (sent via email within 3-4 days of your container starting). You will receive constructive feedback and suggestions, should you wish to implement them.
